Separation of plant pigments using Chromatography

Is a method to identify plant pigments by separation and isolation of the pigments using thin layer paper chromatography.

Microscope observation of cheek cells

I add some images to help you with the experiment report about microscope observation of cheek cells.

First we used a clean cotton swab to get the cells, then we used the methylene blue solution to give color to the cells, then we used the microscope with differents magnifications to study the sample

this is a pointer that we use to point out things
